Chrissie Lurcher needs a Home! - REHOMED!

Chrissie is a five year old black lurcher who came to stay with us for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year !!!

She will soon be going back to the kennels where she came from but would love to finally find her furever home with you! 

HELLO, COULD YOU OFFER ME A HOME!!!

She likes to cuddle ....

... And she luffs to play 

And would do ANYTHING for food ...

Even wear stoopid hats 

She unwraps her own pressies (and can even help open bags and packets too if you ask her nicely)

Chrissie's vital statistics :-

• Chrissie is 5 years old (ish)
• Lurcher
• She has lovely soft shiny black fur (she had a bit of kennel dandruff but it went away soopa quick)
• Chrissie loves her food.
• She loves to play wrestle (with hoomans), do high fives and get tummy tickles. 
• Good with other dogs (but gets excited and barks when there's alot of dogs she doesn't know). 
• NOT cat friendly. 
• Chrissie can walk well on her lead but needs reminding not to pull when she is excited - she has improved lots since she has been staying with us!
• She knows her basic commands - Sit, down, wait, stay, no, okay, here, up, leave, etc. 
• Travels well in the car (she likes the boot the best) 
• Happy to be fussed, touched, bathed, brushed, etc
• Very active; likes to jump on or over things. Would enjoy agility. 
• Needs some separation training as gets anxious when she cant see her "pack"
• Is okay with crowds and loud noises. 
• Sleeps well once she is in a routine
• Clean and dry in the house.

I am very glad to announce that Miss Chrissie Lurcher has found her furever home! 
We all went off to the park to meet a lovely couple and their greyhound Ellie because they were interested in offering Chrissie her furever sofa. There was some furry moments - here's Chrissie shouting at Ellie (that's right Ellie poke your tongue at her!)

Ellie's daddy fawt to take the girls fur a run around the field and the other hoomans all laffed and sed "him go end up on his bottom!" (He didn't but he wont let me show you his athletic skills! :p It is on facebook tho should you happen to wander over there! So instead (and because there isn't enough fotos of me on here) here's a foto of him wiv me a few months ago)

They did do some sitting together in the field coz the hoomans had to do lots of talking to decide if the new hoomans could take Chrissie home and if they did what things they needed to know about her. 

And then they did say "YES" and we walked back to the car park and Chrissie jumped in der car and we gave them Chrissies things she had got from santa and some noms she had left over and did some more talking about boring stuff like microships and fields and paperwork and fostering and adopting and then them did wave bye bye and was goned.

..... Yep! I think she's settled in! (I have been informed that Chrissie was on the sofa 1st and Ellie put herself in the small space so Chrissie isn't squashing her as it appears at 1st!)

Oh! and her name is now Tilly!
